Steps & Dates For Lesson Plan Turn In:

1. Download the word document by clicking the button below (not available on mobile)

2. Fill out the lesson plan in its entirety including page 1, 2 and 3.

3. Either-Upload your document to the drop box folder below OR

                    Email document to Lindsey @ lwatley@cityofclemson.org. 

                    File name should read: DayofWeek_Location (ex: Tuesday_UpperField)​
